Publications
The Rex Nettleford Arts Conference is not only an event, but also a platform for knowledge production. Accepted papers and creative works may be published through RNAC’s official outlets and partner journals.
Conference Proceedings
- Selected papers will be included in the RNAC 2025 proceedings, available digitally post-conference.
- Authors will receive formatting guidelines after acceptance.
- Proceedings will be indexed and archived for citation.
Peer-Reviewed Journals
- Outstanding papers may be considered for special issues of partner journals in the arts, culture, and humanities.
- Authors must undergo additional peer review for journal publication.
Creative & Practice-Based Outputs
- Documented performances, exhibitions, and workshops may be highlighted in the RNAC Digital Archive.
- Essays reflecting on practice-led research may also be published.
Submission for Publication
- Deadline for revised papers: September 8, 2025
- Word limit: 5,000–7,000 words (papers)
- Format: APA / MLA (depending on discipline)
- Submit via conference portal
Copyright & Permissions
- Authors retain copyright.
- RNAC requests permission for digital (and possibly print) distribution.
- Performers must grant media consent for archival use.
